JESUS VENTURA

Ever since he was a kid, Jesus wanted to build, design, and create useful things. Now, as a CAD Draftsman, he does exactly that by translating complex concepts into practical, buildable solutions behind the scenes. Guided by the philosophy to "focus on doing the next right thing well", Jesus' hidden talent is organizing complicated information so the entire team can move forward confidently.

Before working at Renfrow+Co, what was the most unusual or interesting job you’ve ever had?

One of the most interesting experiences I have had was working in a role where every project required a different approach. It taught me how valuable adaptability, communication, and attention to detail are in any professional setting.

What is your favorite thing to do in Houston?

I enjoy exploring Houston’s mix of food, parks, architecture, and local events. There is always something new to see, and the city has a great blend of culture and energy.

What did you want to be when you grew up?

I always liked the idea of building, designing, or creating something useful. That interest eventually grew into an appreciation for work that combines technical thinking with hands-on results.

The best piece of advice I've ever been given is:

Focus on doing the next right thing well. Consistency, patience, and attention to detail tend to create strong results over time.

Meticulously Artistic resonates with me the most. To me, it means combining precision with pride in the finished product. The details matter because they shape how smoothly a project moves from concept to completion.
